To reduce the number of repeated issues, predict the linked issues and improve Customer Experience using Augmented Intelligence.
Repeated issues reported by customers led to an exponential drop in the Customer Satisfaction level. The client wanted to reduce the repeated issues by recommending optimal solutions to end clients as well as identify the next set of issues that will occur for proactive actions.
Log data was analyzed to identify the key issues being reported. We created an Advanced AI Framework involving text extraction, association, semantic modeling etc. to recommend optimal solutions for issues and the next set of associated issues.
This resulted to a reduction of issues volume by 4% leading to a saving of nearly USD 500,000. The reduced repeated issues also led to an increase in the Customer Satisfaction level.
